Disclosure, Delivery and Returns Policy

Business Description:

First Water (UK) Limited trading as Rewatec UK supply polyethylene underground storage tanks, Rainwater Harvesting Systems (with associated filters and other accessories) and 'off mains' Wastewater Treatment Plants to individuals, industry and the public sector. Our web site provides detailed information on the products we supply.

Privacy Policy:

We retain customer name and delivery address details for warrantee purposes.

We do not allow access to that information by a third party.

We do not retain any customer's financial information. (credit/debit card details are not retained by us once an order has been processed.)

Delivery:

Tank sizes up to 5000 litres are usually delivered from our UK stock and delivery can be expected within seven days.

Larger tanks and systems are delivered direct from the factory and will normally take two/three weeks.

Approximate delivery times of individual orders will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Our transport partners are required to contact you by 'phone to confirm an actual date and a two hour time slot for expected delivery.

The transport company will require the customer to be on site and you may be required to provide physical or mechanical help in unloading tanks and other large equipment. Any requirements can be agreed at the time of order. Please notify us of any potential difficulties in delivering tanks on large commercial vehicles e.g. narrow access lanes etc.

Individual parts which are ordered separately will normally be despatched by Royal Mail/courier and delivery can be expected within three days.

Returns and Refund Policy:

We are confident that the products you order will be suitable for purpose and as described. Should you wish to return/exchange unused goods for any reason, however, you should contact us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange collection from you. You can contact us by 'phone or e-mail - please refer to our contacts page. You should take reasonable care of the goods whilst you are awaiting collection.

The price paid will be refunded in full together with a refund of the cost of delivery. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of collection dependent on the reason for return.

We will always strive to comply with the 'distance selling regulations' which are designed to protect customers' rights.

Pricing:

Rainwater Harvesting Systems and Wastewater Treatment Plants are sized and individually priced based on several factors. We will provide an individual quotation based on the information given.
