A service contract is a key condition to the EA consent to discharge (and exception from this normal consent under EPP2).

Your treatment plant, unless otherwise stated by your service company, should have its primary tank De-sludged every year. Download our de-sludge guide to give to your de-sludge company or ask them to call us if you are unsure.
